Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You’ll be notified by email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
VAT, Customs Duties & Taxes
We do not collect VAT, customs duties, or import taxes at checkout.
For UK & EU customers, your order may be subject to additional VAT, customs fees, or handling charges upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
